Kayla finds deep meaning in walking alongside children, teens, young adults, and families during some of their most challenging moments. She is motivated by helping clients feel understood, supported, and less alone.
She is inspired by seeing growth in emotional awareness, confidence, and coping skills, and values the small, everyday changes that build into lasting progress over time.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and stepson, whether watching movies together or going on nature adventures. She loves gardening and being outdoors, and has a soft spot for cats, including supporting local stray cats when she can.
She also enjoys relaxing with cozy video games and getting lost in a good fiction novel.
